Simple Biryani  Rice

This healthy biryani rice recipe is vegan, simple, and plain with NO meat or veggies, made from a good quality basmati rice and aromatic herbs and spices.

Ingredients

Basmati rice Warm milk or water Saffron Olive oil Cardamom pods Bay leaf Cinnamon stick Cloves Salt Water

Step 1

Soak the rice.

Step 2

Soak the saffron in the warm milk or water.

Step 3

Bring the water to boil along with spices.

Step 4

Add the rice and simmer then add the saffron.
