Flour Egg Butter Sugar Vanilla Salt Jam

Step 1

1- Beat the butter and the sugar together on medium speed. 2- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.. 3- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat at low speed

Step 2

1- Roll them into 1-inch balls. 2- Gently press your thumb (or use the back of a small spoon) into the center of each ball to make an indent. Fill them with  jam. 3- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
