Roasted Garlic Hummus

This Roasted Garlic Hummus recipe is the one ❤️; It’s healthy, creamy, smokey, and of course, garlicky! It can be served with grilled meat, dip some pita bread, or sliced veggies in it. 


Can Chickpeas  Baking Soda Freshly squeezed lemon juice  Tahini paste Water Roasted garlic head  Ice cubes  Salt Olive Oil (Garnish)  Pine nutsGarnish) Sumac (Garnish)

Drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle salt and black pepper, then wrap securely in tin foil. Roast garlic in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

This step will make the chickpeas softer and easier to grind and give them a creamy texture.

Step 2

Puree the chickpeas until a smooth, powder-like mixture forms.

Step 3

Add the  tahini, water, salt, lemon juice and ice cubes and blend until smooth. Then add the roated garlic.
